Having put in place excellent systems and processes from day one, SRL has carefully and meticulously built a team of highly trained and dedicated medical and scientific staff who constitute the back-bone of our operations and ensure the highest quality of test results. SRL strongly believes that even in this era of rapid advancements in technology, automation and robotics, the man behind the machine is more important than the machine itself, more so when it comes to laboratory data interpretation and reporting, and supervision of laboratory functions. Review of all results by trained professionals, prior to reporting, ensures accuracy and reliability of the same. Knowledge enhancement through participation in CMEs, in-house seminars and visits to centres of excellence both in India and abroad by the scientific and professional staff are always encouraged. All specialities of Laboratory Medicine are represented in SRL laboratories, and each area is staffed by personnel well trained in the relevant speciality, to ensure the high quality of reports. The interpretative comments at the end of reports are continuously updated to keep pace with the advances in the understanding of a disease and speciality. |
